SCHOOL LUNCH INFORMATION:
Beginning immediately ALL STUDENTS and children, 0-18 years of age, may receive free meals through the Wyandotte child nutrition program. Oklahoma has been granted a waiver through December 31st for this program or until federal funding runs out. It’s still very important that you complete the free/reduced meal application. We are working to provide lunches for students on "virtual days" with a drive-thru pickup. More information will be available next week. Keep an eye out!
There will be a Gifted and Talented Committee Meeting on September 16, 2020 in Mrs. Morisset's classroom in the high school. It is a public meeting but it is only those that serve on the committee that speak according to OMA rules. The agenda is posted on the front window of the middle school/high school entry.
Softball Update:
Today's MS Game has been canceled.
Varsity game has been moved to Commerce starting around 4:30 pm. No JV. #BFND
The football scrimmage on Friday, August 28th has been moved. The scrimmage will be @ Fairland (with Newkirk/Kansas). Starts at 6:00 pm. #BFND
Due to a cancellation with Kellyville HS Football will now be traveling to Porter on Friday, August 21st. They will scrimmage Porter and Allen. The scrimmage will start at 6:30 PM. Thank you so much for your patience this year. #BFND
Just a reminder as we posted last week, "We will start school with our Hybrid Learning (A/B schedule). “A” students' first day is August 13 and “B” students' first day will be August 14. We plan to continue our Hybrid Learning (A/B schedule) during the week of August 17th through August 21st so we can practice this schedule and correct any unanticipated problems. Students and staff will be required to wear face coverings while on the bus and while passing in the hallways. When students are in the classroom where socially distancing is possible, masks will be optional." #BFND
