On Tuesday, October 29th, FCCLA students from Wyandotte High School traveled to Pryor High School for the Northeast #2 District Meeting, where they had the opportunity to engage in a day full of learning, inspiration, and fun. The event brought together students from across the region to collaborate, network, and enhance their leadership skills. At the conference the students started off with a game of The Price is Right and the winner won an award! Students listened to a speech by Miss Oklahoma who shared her journey and the importance of perseverance, community involvement, and personal growth. Her message resonated deeply with the students, encouraging them to pursue their goals with determination and to make a positive impact in their communities. Throughout the day students participated in different workshops involving FCCLA. Overall, the District Meeting was a memorable experience for everyone involved. It not only provided opportunities for personal and professional growth but also fostered a sense of community among FCCLA members from different schools. Students left the meeting inspired, excited, and ready to apply what they had learned to their local chapters and daily lives.
